It’s not enough to build modern, mid-century, farmhouse or even traditional styles anymore; today’s homebuyers are embracing homes that reflect their personalities and personal comfort.
Justin Skiles, owner of Vita Bella Homes, embraced this challenge when he was tasked with building a home for his family. The challenge was to design a home comfortable and accessible for his children and marry the very different needs of his wife and himself.
One of a kind exterior features include the use of industrial materials in the porch ceilings, steel sheets to create landscaping elevation changes, and sitting areas on both the front and back porch to reflect the neighborhood living that is a big part of the popular Oak Knolls neighborhood.
The result is a style they nicknamed modern eclectic.
